From Cathedral to everybody’s feed.
Elle Grzeda and her brother Henry opened a family cafe in the middle of a pandemic. Six years later, one snowy scooter video carried their Regina welcome around the world.
A real family cafe
The siblings grew up around Cathedral and bought the building when it came up for sale. The food drew on recipes and experience passed down by their parents and grandparents; the cafe took Elle’s name because the family wanted a real person at the front of it.
