PBB × Salce · Small batch · 5 fl oz

Hot sauce,
built right.

The crew doesn’t do burn-your-face-off gimmicks. These four burst with flavor and finish with a lingering heat that keeps you coming back — gluten free, all natural, crafted with the sauce nerds at Salce.

Toolbelt Torch in the workshop Peach tacos
No. 1 · Sweet heat

Toolbelt Torch

Peppery Perkins with a peachy punch

Ripe peaches meet bold habanero and fresno pepper fire. A sweet spark that kicks like a nailgun — an essential tool in every builder belt. Best on tacos, grilled chicken, and anything off the smoker.

Heat 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Sweet spark
$10.99
No. 2 · Smoky

Framing Fuel

Sweet heat meets serrano sawdust

Molasses-slicked heat that lingers like a long workday. A smooth, smoky serrano-and-chipotle blend — the everyday burner for pulled pork, burgers, and lunch-break refueling in the summer heat.

Heat 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Slow linger

Framing Fuel in the workshop Pulled pork
Joist Juice in the workshop Breakfast sandwich
No. 3 · Breakfast grade

Joist Juice

A building burn with a bourbon kick

Built for bold mornings on the job site. Chocolate habanero, bourbon syrup, and rich coffee turn a basic breakfast sandwich into a brunch blessed by a Builder Brother.

Heat 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 Building burn
$10.99
No. 4 · Let Jaime Talk

Mic Drop

When this sauce hits, you let it burn

The podcast collab. A searing blend of scotch bonnet, habanero, and ghost peppers that brings the heat, then lingers with a natural sweetness. For meals — and podcasts — that are authentic, exciting, and memorable. Wings, obviously.

Two brothers.
One small crew.
Real mountain houses.

Jaime and Erik Perkins grew up in construction — their dad was an architect and builder, and their stepdad built guitars. Jaime became a licensed contractor at 18. Erik studied computer science and multimedia, then came home to build.

They never stopped being builders. The crew still puts up custom homes on steep Smoky Mountain sites — Erik just films it, edits every second of it, and turned the whole operation into one of the biggest construction channels on YouTube.

The crew

Jaime Perkins
Jaime Perkins
Builder · Licensed at 18

Licensed contractor at 18, taught to build by his dad Randy and stepdad Bob. Values doing every job well and setting an example for his kids. Off the clock: music, golf, grilling — and someday, building a car.

Erik Perkins
Erik Perkins
Builder · Producer

Adventure-first: mountain biking, skiing, wakeboarding and hiking, shared with his wife Sarah and their three boys. Proudest moment on any job — handing happy clients a finished home. Next up: kiteboarding, Whistler, Costa Rica.

Ray Jones
Ray Jones
Crew

Construction and technology nerd. Raised in Arkansas, seasoned in New Hampshire — where he climbed all 48 of the 4,000-footers. The beard is channel-famous. Bucket list: skydiving with Jason, then the Alps.

Jason “Jay” Ellis
Jason “Jay” Ellis
Crew

Family man with a past in Florida real estate and mission construction in Haiti. Joined the crew after moving to NC — and grew his own channel, Building Jay’s Way, past 100K followers. Wants to bungee jump and take an African safari.

Where we build

Nearly every PBB build sits within a short drive of one orange county — Swain — at the doorstep of the Great Smoky Mountains. Steep lots, long driveways, big views.
