Intellectual property

The content on this site — text, design, code, and the Collins Creative name and marks — belongs to Collins Creative unless otherwise noted. Client work shown in our case studies remains the property of the respective clients and is displayed with the understanding that it represents collaborative work.

Project inquiries

Submitting the project planner or contact form does not create a contract or obligate either party. It simply starts a conversation. Any work we take on is defined in a separate proposal and agreement.

No warranties

This site is provided "as is." While we keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information here may change without notice.

Limitation of liability
