Case study — RUSH Permit Services

A new business that sounds like the expert it is.

Permit expediting is invisible work — no fleet to photograph, no before-and-after gallery. The product is confidence: that applications go in right and the Certificate of Occupancy arrives without drama. As a newer business, RUSH had to earn that confidence from the first pixel.

The challenge

Selling expertise no one can photograph.

The site had to do what a portfolio does for a contractor: prove competence — through structure, clarity, and language that shows RUSH knows the counter better than the counter does.

What we built

The process is the proof.

"Permits move slow. We don't." — copy that compresses the whole pitch into five words, backed by a six-step application-to-closeout walkthrough that reads like it was written by someone who's stood at the permit counter a thousand times. Because it was.

A voice with authority — expert detail, zero filler Four services — review, submittal, inspection, closeout — each tied to its own CTA A numbered process walkthrough as the portfolio Consultation-first conversion — phone and "no obligation" on every screen
