Every part. Every order.
One connected system.
Gateworks had the products, the inventory, and the local reputation. What it needed was a digital counter that could help a contractor find the right part, buy it, choose pickup or delivery, and hand the order directly to the team fulfilling it.

An industrial catalog was still trapped behind the counter.
Contractors knew Gateworks had the hardware and steel they needed. But finding a specific hinge, tube size, or replacement part still meant a phone call, a counter visit, and staff time spent checking availability.

The website became a working part of the order desk.
We designed the storefront and staff console as one connected product. The same catalog, inventory, customer, and order data moves cleanly from search to purchase, then into pickup or delivery. That connection is where our custom e-commerce development and operations software work together.

The order does not disappear after checkout.
A staff console turns each purchase into an accountable workflow. New orders move through confirmation, picking, ready status, delivery, and completion—with the customer, job, total, and next action visible in one queue.
