Case study — The Light Guys · Year-round lighting

One local brand, built to stay busy all year.

The Christmas work made The Light Guys familiar. The year-round business is much bigger: landscape and interior lighting, bistro strings, permanent rooflines, outdoor sound, video, and event installs. We built a second digital home that makes the full company clear without losing the local trust behind the name.

The challenge

A trusted seasonal name with twelve months of demand.

The Light Guys were already known for Christmas installs, but the same crew designs far more than rooflines in December. The new site had to introduce a year-round company without making the seven service categories feel like seven unrelated businesses.

What we built

Seven services. One clear point of view.

The system starts with the outcome—spaces that feel warmer, safer, and more useful after dark—then gives each service enough depth to answer a homeowner's real questions. Large local project photography carries the experience while focused pages create a clear path from discovery to quote.

The visual system

Show the finished feeling, not just the hardware.

Home-service sites often lead with parts, logos, and technical vocabulary. This one leads with what changes: a pool that becomes a gathering place, a dark walkway that feels intentional, a kitchen with the right warmth, and an outdoor room that finally works at night.

On lightguys.net, the focus was expansion: turning a name associated with one season into an authority across lighting, audio, video, and outdoor living all year long.
