ServicesFresno web design

Web design for Fresno businesses with more to build.

Collins Creative is a Bakersfield-based studio working with Fresno businesses. We design the brand and website customers see, then build the commerce, quoting, and software behind it when the business needs them.

Choose the right build

What happens after someone finds you?

The answer changes the scope. We help Fresno businesses work out which parts belong on the public website and which need a system behind it.

A website that earns an enquiry.

For a service business, start with clear services, credible project work, useful answers, and a call or enquiry path that works on a phone. A new site may be enough; an existing one may only need a focused rebuild.

Websites + web apps →

A buying path with real product rules.

When dimensions, options, customer terms, or quote approvals shape the sale, the website needs more than a standard checkout. Plan the product choices and the staff handoff together.

E-commerce + quoting →

Software that carries the work forward.

If the team retypes leads, quotes, and orders into spreadsheets, look at the workflow behind the website. A portal, dashboard, or integration can keep customer information connected.

What goes into it

Design is one part of a website that can work.

The site also needs a clear offer, useful content, a sound technical base, and a plan for what happens after launch.

Research, structure, and positioning

Search intent, competitors, buyers, services, locations, proof, conversion paths, page hierarchy, and the message that ties them together.

Writing, design, and real media

Page copy, art direction, responsive layouts, project imagery, calls to action, forms, and a visual system that belongs to the business.

Fast, accessible development

Semantic code, mobile behavior, performance, metadata, structured data, analytics, integrations, testing, and launch support.

SEO, maintenance, and new pages

Search Console review, content expansion, Google Business Profile support, updates, security, hosting, and ongoing improvement.

How we work

Agree the work before the build.

You work with the founders on strategy, design, engineering, and review. For a Fresno engagement, we use working calls and shared previews; the proposal records how decisions, feedback, and launch will be handled.

  1. 01

    Understand the buyer

Who searches, what they type, what they need to see, and how they prefer to make contact.

  2. 02

    Plan the pages

A sitemap where each page answers one buyer need instead of repeating the same city and keyword.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Copy, art direction, responsive layouts, and a fast, accessible build with the search foundations in place.

  4. 04

    Launch and hand over

Check the agreed pages and enquiry flow, hand over accounts and editing guidance, and define any ongoing support.

The building blocks

Give buyers what they need to decide.

The right set of pages depends on the business. These are the parts we examine before deciding what belongs in the final sitemap.

Service pages

Each page has a real job.

One buyer need per page, with the photos, details, and answers that match that specific service.

Relevant proof

Be clear about the places you serve.

Use real projects, reviews, credentials, and service coverage. We do not invent local offices or customer locations to fill a page.

Conversion

Calls, forms, and quote paths that stay clear on a phone.

The primary action is always in reach, without making every paragraph sound like a pitch.

Search and measurement

Foundations that work together.

Titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, schema, analytics, Search Console, and crawlable content.

Speed and accessibility

Readable on a phone. Usable with a keyboard.

Responsive images, stable layouts, keyboard access, readable contrast, and lean code make the site easier to use.

After launch

A plan before the site goes live.

Ownership, hosting, edits, new content, maintenance, reporting, and support are clear from the start.

Scope and investment

Every website engagement is custom-scoped.

After we understand the goals, audience, content, technical needs, timeline, and level of ongoing support, we recommend the right scope, timeline, and investment. Larger engagements can be phased so the highest-value foundation is built first.

Questions before a rebuild.

The practical parts of choosing a web design partner. The final scope depends on the business, the content, and what the website needs to accomplish. Something else? Email us or call (661) 444-2857.

Are you based in Fresno?

We are based in Bakersfield and work with Fresno businesses. Reviews can happen through working calls and shared previews. Any travel or in-person work needs to be agreed in the project scope; we do not have a Fresno office.

Can you redesign our existing website?

Yes. We review the existing pages, content, enquiry paths, and available search data first. The plan identifies what to keep, what to change, and which URLs need redirects. Sometimes a focused improvement is more useful than a full rebuild.

Is local SEO included with the website?

We define the search foundations in the proposal: crawlable content, page structure, titles, descriptions, internal links, redirects where needed, and measurement. Ongoing content, search campaigns, and business-profile work are separate decisions. We do not promise a ranking position.

Will the site work on phones and tablets?

Yes. We plan layouts, readable copy, navigation, images, and enquiry paths for phones and larger screens, then check the agreed routes and interactions before launch.

Who owns the finished website?

The proposal records ownership of the deliverables, domain and hosting access, source files, and the handoff. Third-party services and licensed assets keep their own terms. We also agree which content your team can edit and which changes need development support.

How do you define the project scope?

We map the audience, pages, available content, required features, integrations, review process, and launch responsibilities before recommending a scope, timeline, and price. A marketing website and a quoting or operations system require different work. Larger projects can be phased.
