A small escape, in every square.
Lake light, a peel hammock, a day with nowhere to be. Everyday moments give the campaign its warmth and make the character feel at home.

The premiseTurn a familiar snack into a feeling people recognize.
Wonderful Halos Campaign + digital
We built a world around the Halos character, then gave it a voice across advertising, motion, and the web.

A character-led campaign by Collins Creative
Watch the filmsThe creative idea
Give the little orange a life of its own.
The challenge was range: how could the same character carry a whole campaign without repeating the same joke?
Our answer was to let it do things. Surf. Build. Play. Take the day off. The character stays familiar; the story around it keeps changing.
Campaign architecture
Each act gives the orange a different role. Together, they give the campaign room to grow.

Lake light, a peel hammock, a day with nowhere to be. Everyday moments give the campaign its warmth and make the character feel at home.

The premiseTurn a familiar snack into a feeling people recognize.

Coast roads, poppies, surf and the Golden Gate. California becomes a recurring setting, with its own light, color and sense of possibility.

The settingUse specific places to give each scene a sense of belonging.

A jersey, a field, a little determination. Sports give the character new poses and expressions, and the campaign a seasonal reason to show up.

The occasionBuild recognizable moments around the calendar.

Hard hats and tool belts introduce another side of the orange. The worksite stories carry the same sunny personality into an entirely different world.

The personalityChange the role while keeping the character familiar.

A paper plane. A shooting star. A citrus balloon. Scale and setting open up, while the smile and orange silhouette keep the story grounded in Halos.

The ambitionKeep one recognizable center as the worlds get bigger.

Flat illustration, expressive lettering and orange against navy. Different treatments keep the feed varied while the same character and campaign language hold it together.

The voiceMake the campaign recognizable even when the character takes a break.
Character development
The peel becomes a hammock, a surfboard, a swing. A familiar shape turns into a prop, and the product becomes part of the story.
Expression, gesture and a clear silhouette make the orange legible before a single word is read.

Art direction + copywriting
Character art, orange-grove imagery, expressive type and color were developed together. These existing direction boards show how the pieces connect.
Short, direct lines do different jobs: introduce the character, make a product point, or set the mood. The voice stays playful without making every ad say the same thing.

Selected motion
Six short films bring the character into the scene. Watch the timing, the light, and the way a simple gesture gives the orange its personality.

Website design + development
The website gathers the campaign into a beginning, six acts and a full-set feed. Its rhythm follows the work: a big opening, individual stories, then the complete collection.
