The right help.
A clear next step.

We designed a four-step request flow around what homeowners know, from choosing a service to reviewing their details. Activate a preview to explore the website we built, then tap Request Service to try the flow.

The challenge

Earn trust before
the first visit.

Some visitors want someone to look after the pool every week. Others have a noisy pump, cloudy water, or a heater that won't start.

We shaped the website around both needs. Straightforward copy explains the service, while poolside imagery gives the business a familiar, local character.

Service imagery puts the person behind the work at the center of the website.

Website art direction

A whole website
built around clear.

We built the visual direction around the waterline: an oversized headline at the surface, with the pool visible below. Anton gives the headlines their weight; Allura adds a handwritten accent. The existing logo, deep blue, warm paper, and yellow actions connect the pages.

The waterline direction. The split above and below the water became the homepage's central image. Blue water, warm stone, and a yellow accent carry through the site.

The repair direction. Equipment details make a different service visible. The repair pages use the same colors and bold typography to connect it to the rest of the website.

Two ways into the business

Different needs.
Different starting points.

We gave weekly care and equipment repair their own pages, with copy structured around different needs. One explains a regular visit. The other starts with symptoms, helping visitors recognize their problem.

01 / Ongoing care

Keep the pool ready.

The weekly pool service page explains scheduled visits beside sunset service artwork
Weekly service leads with consistency, then explains cleaning, water chemistry, and equipment checks.

02 / When something goes wrong

Find the right repair.

The pool equipment repair page pairs plain-language service copy with poolside repair artwork
Repair pages connect familiar symptoms with the equipment and services that can address them.

Designed for the phone in your hand

Easy to find.
Easy to contact.

We adapted the navigation and request flow for small screens. Large service links make the menu easy to scan, while the form presents one step at a time with the next action within reach.

The mobile layouts keep the same typography, colors, and direct service language as the desktop site.

What we made

The idea,
all the way through.

  1. Website strategy + copy

Organized the service offering around homeowner needs, with practical explanations of weekly care, water treatment, and repairs.

  2. Website art direction

Built the waterline concept, typography, palette, and service imagery into a consistent visual language around the existing logo.

  3. Responsive design + development

Designed and built the homepage and service pages, with navigation and layouts adapted for desktop and mobile.

  4. Guided request experience

Created a step-by-step flow for service selection, pool details, contact preferences, and a final review.

Make the next step
as clear as the water.

Project lead

Brendan Collins

Brendan led the website's creative direction, service structure, copy, interface design, and front-end build. The work connects the first impression with the practical details a homeowner needs before getting in touch.

The central decision was to make clarity part of every page, from the waterline headline to the final service-request review.
